This website, vizieros.com, is operated by PT Acknowly Apresiasi Indonesia
(“we”, “us”), which trades as Vizieros and acts as the data
controller for the processing described in this policy.
Every visit is recorded in an aggregated form that does not identify you. No cookie is
set, no identifier is stored on your device, and your IP address is not retained. The
following is recorded:
the page requested, and the referring website, where your browser supplies one;
your country, derived at our content delivery network and not resolved more precisely;
a broad device category (mobile, tablet or desktop);
which sections of the page were displayed and which links were selected;
a session reference generated in memory for the duration of a single page view, which
is not persisted and cannot be used to recognise you on a later visit.
2.2 Measurement and advertising that require consent
Where required by law, the following are activated only after you have given consent, and
not before. Each of them stores information on your device:
Microsoft Clarity — records interactions with the page, including pointer
movement, scrolling and selections, and produces session replays and heatmaps used to
assess how the page performs.
Meta Pixel — records that you visited this website, so that advertising may
subsequently be delivered to you on services operated by Meta.
LinkedIn Insight Tag — records that you visited this website, so that
advertising may subsequently be delivered to you on LinkedIn, and provides us with
aggregated professional characteristics of visitors, such as job function, seniority
and industry. We do not receive information that identifies you individually.
Google Analytics 4 — records visits and interactions with the page, and is
used to compile audiences for advertising delivered through Google services. Where you
are signed in to a Google account and have enabled Ads Personalisation, Google
associates that activity with your account, which allows recognition across the devices
you use and provides us with aggregated information about the age, gender and interests
of visitors. We do not receive information that identifies you individually.
2.3 Information you provide
Scheduling — if you book a conversation, your name, email address and any
information you enter in the optional field are collected on the booking page operated
by Calendly and transmitted to us.
Correspondence — if you write to us, we process the contents of your message
and your email address in order to reply.

5 · International transfers
We are established in Indonesia and the providers named above are established in the
United States. Personal data is therefore processed outside the European Economic Area
and the United Kingdom. Transfers to those providers take place on the basis of the
Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, or an equivalent
mechanism where the provider offers one.
6 · Retention
Aggregated measurement (2.1) is retained without a fixed period, as it does not
identify you.
Data collected by Clarity, Meta, LinkedIn and Google Analytics is retained according to their
own retention schedules; the Google Analytics event retention period is set to
14 months.
Booking records and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary for the
enquiry or engagement, and thereafter as required for accounting or legal purposes.
7 · Your rights
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to request access to your
personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability;
to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and to withdraw
consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before
withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Withdraw consent for Clarity, the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics
This clears the choice recorded on this device. Nothing further is loaded, and you will
be asked again where consent is required. Residents of jurisdictions operating an
opt-out regime may use the same control.
9 · Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the services or to applicable law. The
date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
